Edgebound Labs is an AI-native digital commerce lab, based in Mexico City. It designs, migrates and operates B2B, B2C and D2C commerce platforms with artificial intelligence at the core, on commercetools, BigCommerce, VTEX and Shopify Plus. It publishes original research on agentic commerce and on how ready online stores are for the AI agents that buy. It operates under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, with over 20 years of enterprise commerce experience across Mexico and LATAM.
